Loads of character: prominent veining, pie-crust ruffles, fragrant wine-purple 6” flowers, bright chartreuse-green throat. Unlike its vampire namesake, this beauty embraces full sun for rich, saturated sun-fast color. Foliage is semi-evergreen.

Hemerocallis Nosferatu, a tetraploid, adapts to a wide range of growing conditions and was selected for its abundance of blossoms, vibrant color, and hardiness in a variety of climates and soils.

Hemerocallis General Information

Rugged and adaptable, Daylilies are quick to establish and require little care. Carefree, pest resistant and free of Hemerocallis rust disease. They even grow under Black Walnut trees and along salted driveways. Outstanding! Idaho has restricted all potted plant material from being shipped into Idaho at this time.

Hemerocallis Plant Care

Tough, cold and drought tolerant, long lived plants. Can be divided most any time of year. Division usually needed every 3-4 years for best performance.
