Airy Bursts of Purple
Lavender to purple flowers with darker striped midveins emerge funnel-shaped then open wide into large six-petaled starry flowers. The flowers sway with a summer breeze above slender grass-like foliage. Drought tolerant once established, Ixiolirion Tataricum gives a wildflower vibe to any sunny landscape. Siberian Lilies will naturalize with bulb offsets and possible self-sowing. After flowering, foliage may disappear in the hottest periods of summer.
