White flowers with yellow centers cover the fragrant foliage from summer into fall. Bushy strong erect stems. Anthemis E. C. Buxton's cheerful long-flowering blossoms will provide a lift to a sunny border. Removing the spent flowers will promote flowering. Although this name appears to be mixed in the trade, our EC Buxton is, and always has been, white with yellow centers. Newly opening flowers can show a yellow cast until fully open.

Anthemis General Information

Anthemis are free flowering to provide an abundance of daises all summer and fall. The foliage is elegantly cut. Avoid heavier soils for these pest free plants.

Anthemis Plant Care

Can be pinched before flowering (mid May) to encourage bushiness. Must have a well-drained soil. Best to cut off spent flowers to encourage fall vegetative growth for vigor and to prevent seeding. Can divide every 2 or 3 years in Spring.
