Tulip 'Taiwan'
Double Late / Peony Flowered Tulips have extremely large, double blooms that resemble peonies. Their blossoms can be up to 4" across when fully opened. They are gorgeous as cut flowers and on display in the garden.
Plant in medium moisture, organically rich well-drained soil at a depth of three times the height of the bulb (usually around 6" deep and 6" apart). Foliage should not be removed until it has withered as energy is being stored for the next growing season. Stems can be cut back to maintain appearances if desired. The plant is intolerant of heat and may lose vigor when soil temperatures reach 70 degrees F.
