The cheery open faces of Tulip Lady Jane beam a bright ivory white. Outer rose-pink petals are trimmed with ivory white with a tinge of yellow glowing from its base. Clusiana Tulips are great for southern gardens because the bulbs have less need for cold winter conditions. It freely naturalizes in the garden by stolons and offsets to form colonies. Flowers will remain closed during cloudy days and at night, but sunlight brings stunning star-shaped flowers on straight stems above slender foliage blades.

Tulip General Information

Species Tulips are short which makes them the ideal choice for pots and rock gardens. Naturalizes well. Like having two tulips: outer color is shown on early mornings and cloudy days and sunlight opens the blossoms to reveal its inner coloring.

Tulip Plant Care
