Tulip General Information

Species tulips are short which makes them the ideal choice for pots and rock gardens. Naturalizes well. Like having two tulips: outer color is shown on early mornings and cloudy days and sunlight opens the blossoms to reveal its inner coloring.

Tulip Plant Care

Plant in well drained soil at least 3" deep and 5" apart. Foliage should not be removed until withered as energy is being stored for the next growing season. Stems can be cut back to maintain appearances if desired. Interested in forcing bulbs? Visit our Useful Links page.
