Tulip General Information:

Single early tulips have shorter and stronger stems that allow them to hold up well in wind and rain. They bloom early in the season during cooler temperatures allowing for longer lasting flowers. Some varieties are fragrant. Excellent for indoor forcing.

Tulip Plant Care:

Plant in well drained soil at least 6 " deep and 6" apart. Foliage should not be removed until withered as energy is being stored for the next growing season. Stems can be cut back to maintain appearances if desired. Interested in forcing bulbs? Visit our Useful Links page.
