Blazing Late Summer Color
Clusters of coral red flowers with re-curved petals burst forth like brilliant fireworks atop leafless stems in early September through mid October. Strap-like foliage forms after flowers fade and persists throughout the winter months then disappears in summer. Superb cut flowers.

Lycoris General Information

Flowers bloom in late fall on naked stems that last forever in the garden and in the vase. The basal narrow strap-like foliage grow after blooming and usually lasts through spring when it dies back for a resting period before the next fall flowers appear.

Lycoris Plant Care

Space 8" apart. Plant 4-6" deep with pointed top facing up. Bulbs do not like being disturbed and may take a season before they bloom in their new home.
