Naturalizes Effortlessly!
Unusual hooped-shaped blossoms. Flared cups, like bell-shaped skirts, sit atop six star-like slender petals. Daffodil Arctic Bells will form a carpet of glistening ivory-white ‘bloomers’. With its smaller stature, it is a great selection for rock gardens, patio containers and the front of borders. Low maintenance, this charmer naturalizes well and is deer resistant too.

Daffodil General Information

Known best for their scent. Jonquillas are floriferous and extremely durable, slightly shorter, smaller blooming they look like miniature versions of many of the daffodil favorites! Consider planting them under deciduous trees that will not leaf out until after the Narcissus have bloomed.

Daffodil Plant Care

In fall, plant bulbs in deep, fertile, well-drained soil in full sun to light shade. Plant 4-6" apart and 6" deep in groups of 5,7,9 or more. Water during their growth period. After flowers bloom, let the foliage die back naturally. Can be cut back once the foliage fades. Visit our Fall-Planted Bulb Guide for more information. *Note: Wear gloves when planting bulbs to prevent any possible skin irritation.
