Awaken your garden from its winter slumber with these cheery bicolor yellow flowers blushed with dusky plum-purple on the outer petals. Petals open wide with the sun to flaunt fiery orange stamens and yellow throats. Crocus Advance multiply rapidly and bloom quite early to extend the crocus blooming season. The bright color combinations, hardiness, bunch-flowering habit and early flowering make Crocus a must in the garden. 15 bulbs per bag. Bulb size 5+cm.
Crocus can be successfully grown in a lawn for a spring meadow effect. For best effect, plant in drifts of 20 or more bulbs. Crocus naturalize well.
Plant in fall in well-drained, sandy soil in full sun to partial shade. Plant bulbs 3" deep and 3" apart. Hold off on mowing the lawn in spring until the crocus foliage begins to die back. Interested in forcing bulbs? Visit our Useful Links page.
