A mauve purple version of the famous Stella de Oro. Consistently flowers from May to August on tidy mounding foliage. Petal edges are ruffled nicely. All the famously good qualities of Stellas in a new color.

Hemerocallis Purple de Oro, a diploid, will adapt to a wide range of growing conditions. Very drought tolerant once established.
