Bright ruby red double flowers are gently ruffled and thinly edged in yellow. Yellow throats make for a dazzling display. A very good red; American Daylily Society award winner. Reblooms.

Hemerocallis Highland Lord, a tetraploid, was selected for its abundant blossoms, vibrant colors, and hardiness in a variety of climates and soils. Drought tolerant once established.

Tough, cold and drought tolerant, long lived plants. Can be divided most any time of year. Division usually needed every 3-4 years for best performance.
