Ideal filler, great for nestling into small nooks and crannies, this prolific bloomer is smothered in bright color all summer! Fuchsia-purple flames and veining form a striking starburst pattern on the 5-petaled lavender-pink flowers. Foliage transforms to red in fall.

A remarkably diverse group of plants, perennial Geraniums come in a wide range of shapes, colors and sizes. The common name Cranesbill comes from the seedpods which resemble the beak of a crane.

Geranium General Information

Perennial Geranium are always a favorite for its excellent mounding habit and late spring to summer bloom time. Lovely foliage complements the flowers well. Many of the flowers exhibit interesting veining.

Geranium Plant Care

Snip off spent flowering stems at the base. Should flowering stop in the heat of the summer, shear tops back to new growth to stimulate rebloom and freshen foliage. Generally does not need division but can be divided in spring or fall if desired.
