Mounding lush foliage anchors glowing orange flowers held high above on purple stems like dozens of 2” pinwheels. A real splash of color in a semi-shady spot. Long blooming.

Geum Rustico™ Orange was evaluated in the trial gardens at Colorado State University where they designated this perennial as their 2018 ‘Top Performer’. Smothered with colorful flowers, but is also prized for its foliage – thick with a very uniform appearance. A great choice for mass plantings. Quick to establish. Remove the faded flower heads to encourage repeat blooms.

Geum Plant Care

Can be divided every 2 years or so in early spring or early fall. Cut back spent foliage in summer after flowering for flush of new growth. Deadheading encourages greater flower production.
