Eragrostis 'Spectabilis'
Eragrostis are perfect for full sun, hot sandy soil. Useful in the foreground of borders, especially where deep green broader-leaved plants can complement and set off the Eragrostis. Tolerant of coastal and dry sites. Ideal perennial for xeriscaping. Ornamental Grasses and Sedges are restricted from Idaho and Oregon.
Cut back to just a few inches above the ground in early spring before new growth appears. Can be divided in spring as needed.
