Great Privacy Screen
A statuesque evergreen shrub, it flaunts blue-green soft-textured feathery foliage. No pruning is required to maintain its columnar shape. This stately sentry will guard either side of an entrance or create an ideal privacy screen. Year-long interest and deer resistant too! Chamaecyparis Pinpoint® Blue grows native in Oregon and California and is frequently called Port Orford Cedar. This handsome False Cypress will add vertical and textural interest to surrounding landscapes.

Chamaecyparis General Information

Chamaecyparis provide year-long color excellent for screening or use as a landscape focal point. Soft foliage supplies texture and contrast. Branching greenery may be used in winter arrangements. Idaho has restricted all potted plant material from being shipped into Idaho at this time.

Chamaecyparis Plant Care

Chamaecyparis needs superb drainage - do not plant in low-lying area or anywhere standing water occurs. Rarely requires pruning but may be trimmed in spring if desired.
