Rose-pink bells edged with a flouncy skirt.
"

Hummingbirds will converge on this prolific bloomer from the Ringsabell Series. Rose-pink pendulous bells edged with a flouncy skirt have been bred to be well-behaved neat mounds. Flowers rise to 15"" about the crisp green foliage.

Unlike others of its type, this Campanula from the Ringsabell Series has a more polite habit staying in bounds to form tidy mounds.

Campanula General Information

"Campanula are versatile perennials that provide a wide range of colors, shapes and uses. Many varieties offer long bloom time and easy care, while others feature some of the best blues and deepest purples in the perennial world. Spikes, globes, carpets-all valuable in any garden." Idaho has restricted all potted plant material from being shipped into Idaho at this time.

Campanula Plant Care

"Campanula punctata likes well-drained soil in sun to part shade. In warmer climates where nighttime temps remain above 70 degrees, it requires some shade from the hot afternoon sun. Removing spent flowers stalks will encourage rebloom and discourage seeding (if not wanted). Leave any new fall foliage at the base to overwinter. Can divide every 3-4 years in the spring."

Plantable Pots

Our plants are grown in 3.5x3.5x4” plantable pots. Made from 100% biodegradable coconut husk fibers (coir), these pots have tremendous advantages over plastic pots. With better air exchange, this "breathable" pot fosters robust root growth and reduces transplant shock since you can plant the pots directly in the ground. The pot naturally becomes part of the soil on its own over time—no composting required—and since they're made from a renewable resource that requires very little energy, they're earth-friendly too!
