Tulip 'Gavota Special'
Triumph Tulips have large, single-cup, traditionally shaped flowers with strong stems. They are a cross between Darwin and Early Tulips. They make excellent cut flowers and are available in a wide variety of color combinations.
Plant in medium moisture, organically rich well-drained soil at a depth of three times the height of the bulb (usually around 6" deep and 6" apart). Foliage should not be removed until it has withered as energy is being stored for the next growing season. Stems can be cut back to maintain appearances if desired. The plant is intolerant of heat and may lose vigor when soil temperatures reach 70 degrees F.
