Tulip 'Elegant Lady'
Lily flowering tulips come from the Cottage Tulip family. Long, gently pointed petals flex to create a flared, Lily shape. Their unusual shape and long vase life make them a perfect selection for the garden and cut flower arrangements.
Plant in medium moisture, organically rich well-drained soil at a depth of three times the height of the bulb (usually around 6" deep and 6" apart). Foliage should not be removed until it has withered as energy is being stored for the next growing season. Stems can be cut back to maintain appearances if desired. The plant is intolerant of heat and may lose vigor when soil temperatures reach 70 degrees F.
