Spectacular Fall Foliage
Carefree and versatile, this low-growing native can be pruned for a more formal look or left to grow naturally. White flowers blanket the dense glossy green foliage in spring. Aronia Hedger bears little to no fruit. A grand fall finale displays foliage in blazing oranges and reds. Perfect for a 3-season-interest hedge. Chokeberry handles just about any landscape challenge: wet or dry soils, deer, hot or cold climates! Aronia Low Scape® Hedger was developed by Dr. Mark Brand and Dr. Bryan Connolly at the University of Connecticut. Blooms on old wood.
