Proven Winners variety. Calycanthus are deciduous flowering shrubs. Large, fragrant magnolia-like flowers adorn glossy foliage. Foliage matures to a golden yellow in autumn. Nice specimen plant or in mass for a hedge.

No pruning necessary. New shoots are produced freely each spring from the base. If desired, OK to shape or thin in spring before new growth starts to remove any wayward or older woody branches.
