Aster General Information
New England Asters form robust semi-woody clumps that bloom from late summer into fall. Each flowering branch is covered with blossoms creating a stunning display against the dark green foliage. Tolerant of moist, well-drained soil conditions. Very durable and long lasting. Mildew resistant. Asters support bees and butterflies right up until season's end.
