Perfect Tucked into Tight Spots
A cute little daisy for the rock garden, forming a low mat of very fine, ferny grey-green leaves. Anacyclus Garden Gnome are short stems of white daisies that appear in late spring, each has a yellow eye, and the petals are painted in red on the back sides. Use as a groundcover or along walkways. Long blooming and drought tolerant. Unusual.

Anacyclus General Information

Anacyclus are a mat-like groundcover with ferny foliage. Flowers close at dusk and reopen in morning. Closed flowerheads reveal the colored stripe on reverse side of each petal. Drought tolerant. Idaho has restricted all potted plant material from being shipped into Idaho at this time.

Anacyclus Plant Care

This rock garden plant prefers light to medium soils with good drainage. It dislikes excessive humidity. Will readily reseed. To divide, lift plants in March and split with a sharp spade. No pruning or fall care required.
