# Iris

> Iris are prized for their strong structure and bold splash of color. Sturdy flower spikes are adorned with intricately patterned flowers in rich colors. Iris come in many versions—some are plants (i.e. Siberian Iris) while others are bulbs (i.e. Dutch Iris). Often tolerant of a wet site, but fine in a drier site too.
