# Lycoris

> Lycoris flowers flaunt elegantly curled petals and long lacy protruding stamens. Flowers bloom in late fall on naked stems that last forever in the garden and in the vase. The basal narrow strap-like foliage grows after blooming and usually lasts through spring when it dies back for a resting period before the next fall flowers appear.
