Festive warm colors and unusual shaped blossoms. Petals are yellow on top and orange on the bottom. As they mature, petals curl forming an unusual drumstick shape.

Helenium General Information:

Helenium are North American natives with prolific flowering. A good backbone plant for the late summer and fall border. Drought resistant and carefree. Great for cutting and attractive to butterflies. Plant it and enjoy the show.

Helenium Plant Care:

Does not usually need staking. Best in a moist soil, but will tolerate short periods of dry. Plants may be pinched or cut back in early spring to encourage branching. Disease and pest free. Easy to divide in spring or fall every 3-4 years.
