General Information:
Slowly spreads by rhizomes, likes a moist but well-drained soil. Sweetly fragrant flowers, even the Hummers are known to visit.

Plant Care:
Low-maintenance. Prefers a rich, organic soil. Division is seldom necessary but can be done in early spring before sprouting. Old flowers simply drop off plant. Foliage turns yellow in autumn. Stems can be pulled off easily after frost. Slow to establish but long lived once mature.
