Solid yellow flowers with serrated tips on the petals give Gaillardia a ruffled appearance. Compact low mounds of downy olive green leaves are highlighted by the bold, long-blooming blossoms. Very drought resistant. Pairs nicely with the soft blues of perennial Geraniums.

General Information:
Ever-blooming Gaillardias. From the early summer on, very showy flowers blanket this plant. Butterflies are drawn to ithem.
Plant Care:
New plantlets can be started by cutting straight down along the side of a clump in midsummer. New plants will form at the severed roots. Completely carefee. Best in poor loose soils (not clay).
