CEANOTHUS MARIE SIMON - New Jersey Tea - Ht. 2-3' Plant 3' apart. Zone 6 - 10. Fuzzy soft pastel pink clusters of flowers held above delicate leaves. Long blooming (June to October). Red stems accent the flowers to an elegant effect. Ornamental red seeds follow the flowers. A French hybrid from the early 19th century. Dislikes summer wet. Large Pots. CEMSP

General Information
Does not like summer wet. Not a good choice for humid areas.

Plant Care
Prune after blooming if needed for shaping, or cut back hard in the Spring to refresh. Mature plants respond well to lightly cutting back in the Spring.
