General Information:
The Northern Lights series are outstanding cold hardy Azaleas bred at the University of Minnesota. Bud hardy to -32 degrees F! A welcome addition for us Northerners dealing with Old Man Winter’s whims.

Plant Care:
Good drainage is important since they dislike "wet feet". Trimming is not necessary but shaping can be done after blooming. New plantings benefit from being fertilized in early spring or late winter. Pine needle mulch or a slightly acidic soil is beneficial.
