General Information:
Outstanding cold hardy Azaleas bred at the University of Minnesota. Bud hardy to -32 degrees F! A welcome addition for us Northerners dealing with Old Man Winter’s whims.
Plant Care:
Good drainage is important since they dislike "wet feet". Trimming is not necessary but dead wood and stems with no side shoots can be removed after blooming. New plantings can be fertilized in early spring or late winter. Pine needle mulch is beneficial.
