General Information:
We offer many forms of this wonderful flower. Some flowers form a delicate star of outer petals surrounding an inner ring with yellow centers - some have long spurs that project out behind the blossoms - others are spur-less with double blossoms. All are graceful, with blue-green foliage, at home in formal or cottage settings, with its flowers at the center of attention. A wealth of flowers in sun or shade. Good selection for the cold (zones 3-4), Avoid full sun with dry soil.

Plant Care:
Little care needed. Leave fall basal growth to over-winter. Divide in summer if desired, not usually required since plant self seeds. If you want to prevent seeding and cross pollinating, remove spent flowering stems. Aging or damaged foliage can be completely cut back to level of new growth.
