General Information:
Weigela are deciduous shrubs that are very adaptable and easily grown. Prolific, trumpet-shaped flowers on gracefully arching branches. Adored by hummingbirds.
Plant Care:
Prune after blooms have faded to shape. Minimal pruning needed. Overly vigorous upright growth can be brought into line by cutting below the faded flowers. Occasionally remove a couple of the oldest stems entirely.
