Dicentra General Information:

Dicentra Burning Hearts are the result of a planned cross between Dicentra peregrina rubra and Dicentra eximia yielding improved vigor, more flowers, and a longer flowering period. Dicentra are perfect for a shady spot and will start blooming in the cool of spring.

Dicentra Plant Care:

Prefers a shady, moist location. Can be divided in spring every 3-4 years. Ragged or yellowed foliage can be cut back to 4". Foliage may disappear during extreme heat of summer.
