General Information:
Caryopteris are covered with clusters of delicate blue flowers from late summer until frost. Low arching habit and soft gray foliage are a perfect complement in the perennial border. Provides hard to find midsummer color.
Plant Care:
Will perform even in poor soil. Blooms on current season's growth, so prune hard in early spring after leaves appear to remove dead growth and encourage blooms. May self sow lightly. Rooted stems may be separated from parent and transplanted in spring. Attractive to butterflies and works well in containers. Avoid wet soils.
