Brightly variegated foliage in yellow and green of Carex Evergold features a tight fountain-like habit, even in the shade. Try planting with Astilbe and Fern to provide a contrast in textures. Maintains a good appearance in summer and winter.

General Information:
Carex Evergold thrives in moist areas. Average soil is acceptable as long as it does not completely dry out. Ornamental grasses are restricted from Oregon.
Plant Care:
Cut back in spring by 1/3. Division is best done in the spring.
